A: No, Dream Wireless, Inc. carries wide range of wireless accessories for cell phones, but not the actual devices.

A: Dream Wireless, Inc. is the exclusive manufacturer and distributor of Luxmo? products.

A: We only sell brand new products; none of our products are refurbished.

Q: How do I give you my credit card information for payment?
A: Due to security reasons, we will never ask you to enter your credit card number online. After we receive your order, either one of our sales representatives or our accounting department will contact you to obtain your credit card information.

Q: How can I receive a quote before I place an order?
A: First, add all of the products you would like to get a quote into your online shopping cart. On the shopping cart page, there is an option for customers to request a quote by clicking the “Get Quotation” button. You also have the option of speaking to one of our sales representatives to receive a quote by calling 1-800-872-8988.

Q: How long will it take for my order to be shipped from the time it was ordered?
A: Order processing is normally completed within the same day the order is placed.
